What We Teach

Diaphragmatic Breathing

Box Breathing

Foundation Training
You’ll learn diaphragmatic breathing properly — the basis for everything else. We don’t rush this. Most people discover they’ve been breathing incorrectly their whole life.
Technique Development
Once the foundation is solid, we add box breathing, extended exhale, and micro-relaxation techniques. You’ll practice in sessions with us and between appointments.
